Dryer Vents

We currently offer dryer vent cleaning in one of two ways:

1. As an addition to a standard duct cleaning appointment - $99.

2. As part of multiple units under a neighborhood association or property management group - $99 each.

*Please note that we do not currently offer standalone residential dryer vent cleaning appointments.

Optional Botanical Disinfectant Fogging

Once we have cleaned the air ducts and furnace thoroughly, we offer our customers the option to have us fog a botanical disinfectant throughout the HVAC system to kill odor causing bacteria, viruses and mold that may be in your system.

We choose to use Benefect Botanical Disinfectant for these reasons:
