Frequently Asked Questions

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please allow space to access the immediate area in/around each vent and return. Our high powered negative air machine (large duct vacuum) rolls on wheels and will be brought to your furnace area. Those are the main aspects of cleaning your ducts that are essential to every job. Feel free to call us at 715-417-4014 if you have any further questions about preparing for your appointment.

Why do prices vary so much between different companies?

Prices can vary greatly between different companies depending upon how they clean your ducts, what equipment they use, what aspects they include, whether or not they are legitimate companies, how long it takes them on average, how much they know about duct cleaning, how they address troubleshooting, how many techs they have on any given job, the steps they take to ensure quality, and how streamlined their process is.

Do I have to be home/can I be home during my appointment?

So long as you provide us with a way to access your home, we can do the job regardless of whether or not you can be there. You are more than welcome to stay and hang out during your appointment.

How long have you been in the duct cleaning business?

Clint, our head tech, began cleaning ducts full time for a highly reputable company in 2017. He learned the best techniques, methods and processes from the best of the best and had several hundred jobs under his belt before going into business for himself. Since then, he has completed several hundred more each year.

Is Duct Cleaning Messy?

We strive to be as respectful as possible of your home and will carefully maneuver our equipment as we move throughout your spaces. Debris from inside the ducts does not come into contact with the open air of your main living area air and any small bits of dirt, dust, or debris that are left behind during the course of our duct cleaning process will be cleaned in our post duct cleaning quality control process at the end of your appointment. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

What about my pets?

We love animals. Meeting your furry friends is one of our favorite parts of the job.

*Some pets may find the duct cleaning process to be stressful - as there is brief noise at each vent and our large duct vacuum near your furnace. We will do our best to avoid stressing them out further. In our experience, they are pretty good at finding places to stay safe and hidden until the noise calms down.

Do you clean flexible ductwork?

Yes! Using our compressed air tools are able to clean flexible ductwork without causing tears or abrasion.
